Return Policy

All collected goods are non-returnable. If any fixtures or fittings are missing, the customer must inform the company within 3 hours. The company will send the missing items at its expense within 5 days. This clause does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
If there's a claimed manufacturing fault, the customer must notify the company within 24 hours. If the fault is accepted, the company may exchange the product at its expense. The company's liability is limited to exchanging the product, and it doesn't cover consequential losses claimed by the customer.
Customers with a credit account will receive an invoice within 10 days of collecting goods and a monthly statement of account.
Payment for collected goods is due one month after collection. The customer agrees not to make any deductions from the invoice. If the company accepts a claim, it will issue a credit note for the accepted amount.
GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY FOR GOODS
No conditions or warranties are implied or given regarding the quality, fitness, correspondence with samples, description, or merchantability of the goods. This applies even if goods are ordered based on customer design specifications, working drawings, or specific requirements.
Customers are responsible for making necessary inquiries and using their own judgment to determine if goods are suitable for their intended purpose.
The company's liability for defective goods or goods damaged in transit (when the company handles transport) is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion. The company is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses, including consequential loss.
For claims under defective goods, the customer must notify the company within 14 days of receipt. Claims for faulty color match or pattern must be made within 7 days. The company's liability is limited to replacing the originally supplied goods. Customers must preserve the goods for inspection by the company or its representatives in case of a claim.
