Please note that delivery will only take place within the UK.

Please note while at checkout choose THE RIGHT DELIVERY POLICY.

For example if you order 4 doors and choose the "1-2 doors ordered" policy your order WON'T BE PROCESSED unti the difference in delivery charge has been settled. Doors Direct To You cannot be held responsible or accountable for any delays caused by selection of the wrong policy.

For orders over 15 doors or more please contact us directly to arrange delivery.

-Door frames as well as door kits are included in "doors ordered" Delivery Policy.

-All the hinges, latches and other accessories are included in "handles ordered" Delivery Policy.

For example if you order 3 packs of hinges and 3 packs of door handles you must choose a "6-9 handles ordered" Delivery policy.

Collection

From now on, ordered doors can be collected from our offline store located in Worcester. Please make sure that you can collect your order in time before choosing this type of delivery.

RETURNS

Please note, wood is a natural product and therefore variants in the colour and grain is common. We suggest doors are purchased in plot orders to avoid batch variation. It is vital that you check the product before it is hung so issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Once a door is hung, this is deemed as acceptance and will not be liable for a return.
